Use of the website

By using this site you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Products & availability

Products, colors, and sizes are subject to availability and may sell out. We work to display product images and details accurately; screens vary and minor print or fabric variation is normal.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a price or product description is listed in error, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm and ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or ordering errors.

Payments

Checkout and payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store card numbers.

Shipping

$3.99 flat-rate U.S. shipping, and U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and carrier delays are outside our control. See Shipping / FAQ.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges are also available. Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags where applicable. Email info@theansweris.com with your order number to start a return. Full details on our Return Policy page. THE ANSWER IS...® and all related branding, garment designs, photography, and site content are owned by the brand. You may not reproduce, print, or resell our designs or content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information, including California CCPA/CPRA rights, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
