Question 1

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

U.S. orders ship for $3.99 flat-rate, or receive free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $45+ with code FREESHIP45 through November 24, 2026. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the carrier service available through our international checkout.

Question 2

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

U.S. orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination and carrier.

Question 3

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use Shopify Managed Markets with Global-e as the merchant of record to offer international shipping to many countries. Availability, shipping rates, and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Question 4

Are international duties and taxes included?

Accepted Answer

For destinations supported by Managed Markets, applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are calculated by region and shown at checkout. Eligible prepaid-duties carrier services collect those duties as part of the displayed landed cost. The final amount shown at checkout controls, and any carrier or customs exceptions will be noted there before you complete your order.

Question 5

Which currency will I pay in?

Accepted Answer

Supported international checkout destinations display prices and collect payment in your local currency when available. The final currency and amount are confirmed at checkout before you place your order.
